Filing Form No. 13 – Registration of supplementary investment to assigned capital and equity account update – Branches of special regime

Foreign investment in Branches of special regime (activities in Oil and Mining) accounted as supplementary investment to assigned capital, are required to be registered within the following six (6) months after fiscal year closing i.e. June 30, 2022 through the online transfer of the Assets Conciliation for the Special Regime, using the New System of Foreign Exchange Information.
